ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 24 hours for order processing, subject to product availability and payment verification.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Double-check all details before completing checkout — we build for the bold, not the careless.

VAHIYAAT does not process or ship orders on Sundays or major Indian holidays.
All orders ship from Gurugram, India.

You’ll receive an automatic confirmation email once your order is placed.
If you don’t see it within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder — sometimes greatness gets filtered.

Due to high demand, certain items may become unavailable even after your order is confirmed.
In such rare cases, a refund will be issued to your original payment method or via cheque for the exact amount paid.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Every order is reviewed by our internal team and VAHIYAAT reserves the right to cancel any order at any time if necessary.

Once your order is processed by our fulfillment team, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note that orders may face delays during special launches, holidays, or markdown periods.


PRE-ORDER POLICY

Items marked as PRE-ORDER will ship once they arrive at our facility.
All customers are charged at checkout, and once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.

Domestic (India)

We offer complimentary 3–5 day standard shipping across India.
Because style should move fast — but not rush perfection.

International Shipping

Currently, VAHIYAAT does not ship outside India.
Our chaos, craft, and creativity are exclusive to Indian soil — for now.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Once proof of delivery is attached to a tracking number, VAHIYAAT is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
All transit risks lie with the courier.
If you face any delivery issue, contact us — we’ll help where we can, but without false promises.

During any sale or promotional period, all sales are final.
VAHIYAAT reserves the right to extend, modify, or end discounts at any time without prior notice.

No price adjustments will be made for previously purchased items if prices drop later.
