Refund policy

We appreciate your support — every order means something to us.
However, if something doesn’t go as expected, here’s what you need to know.


PLEASE NOTE:

We do not offer refunds.

A product is eligible for exchange only if:

  • It was damaged in transit, or

  • It has a manufacturing defect.


TO QUALIFY FOR AN EXCHANGE:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • Tags and packaging must be intact and unaltered.

If you’re requesting a size exchange, a flat ₹100 shipping fee will apply.


EXCHANGE OR CANCELLATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF:

  1. The issue is reported after 48 hours of delivery.

  2. The product is used, damaged, or missing tags/packaging.

  3. The order has already been processed or shipped.


TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE:

Email us at [support@vahiyaat.com] within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Include your order number and clear photographs of the item (if damaged or defective).
Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

If successfully cancelled, the refund (if any) will be processed within
5–10 business days to your original payment method.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We currently ship only within India.
