1. Shipping Policy
   Order Processing: All orders are processed within 2-4 business days.
   
   Delivery Time: Most deliveries across India arrive within 5 - 1 0 business days, depending on your location and courier efficiency.
   
   Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. We may offer free shipping on select offers or promotions.
   
   Tracking: You'll receive a tracking link via email or SMS once your order has been shipped.
   
2. Return & Refund Policy
   Thank you for shopping at VAHIYAAT. We appreciate your support.
   However, if something doesn't turn out as expected, here's what you need to know: 
   Please Note: We do not offer refunds.
   A product is eligible for exchange only if:
   - It was damaged in transit.
   - It has a manufacturing defect.
   
   To qualify for an exchange:
   The item must be in its original condition
   - Tags and packaging must be intact and unaltered
   - If you're requesting a size exchange, a flat ₹100 shipping fee will apply.
   
   Exchange or Cancellation will NOT be accepted if:
   1. The issue is reported after 48 hours of delivery
   2. The product is used, damaged, or missing tags and packaging
   3. The order has already been shipped
   
   To request an exchange, email us at support@vahiyaat.com within 48 hours of receiving the order. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the item (if defective or damaged).
   
3. Cancellation Policy
   Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
   Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. If successfully cancelled, the refund (if any) will be processed within 7- 10 business days to your original payment method.
   
4. International Orders
